Q1: How to repair the leaking from the faucet adapter?

Check whether the washer/gasket was placed into the faucet adapter before connecting with the faucet. And you can also place another washer/gasket provided in the package into the faucet adapter to solve the leakage.

Q2: How to repair the leaking from the splitter connector that attaches to the hose?

Take the hose away from the splitter connector and re-cut off the end part of hose ( Please do cross cut the hose and insert tightly hose, Don’t diagonal cut the hose), then totally push the hose into the splitter connector until you can’t push no longer.
